scent created by Honorine Blanc of Firmenich that will appeal to the 14- to 18-year-old core of Bieber's fan base, reports WWD.

Justin Bieber Meets Young Fans Affected by Japan Disaster

First he made the ballsy move of following through with his tour dates in Japan despite radiation concerns. Now Justin Bieber has taken it a step further. The tween pop star took time out of his
hectic schedule to meet with children who had been affected by the earthquake and tsunami in Japan.

Bieber stuck to his guns and performed for a sold-out crowd in Osaka yesterday, then sat down to talk with almost a dozen Japanese children today before performing another sold-out show in Tokyo's Budokan, Reuters reports. Several of the kids were from Otsuchi, which was one of the towns most devastated by the disaster.

Bieber met with the fans at the U.S. ambassador's residence, where he called them "an inspiration" and assured them, "Things can get better and things will get better. There are only good times to come."

One of the children, a boy from Otsuchi, read a card to the star.

"We have friends who lost their family and their homes, some have left our school. The town is covered with wreckage and it will take a long time to get back to normal," he read. "But we will work hard for this. Please give us courage through your music."

Bieber later tweeted about the experience, writing, "Just met some incredible kids who have been thru alot because of the devastation here in Japan. blessed to meet them and proud to know them." He continued, "When you meet kids like that..with all their strength and courage to move on you realize the important things in life." (sic) In a third tweet, he dedicated his song 'Pray' to them.

Japan is still recovering after being rocked by one of the most powerful earthquakes in recorded history on March 11. The subsequent tsunami sparked an ongoing nuclear crisis after damaging several reactors at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. Over 25,000 people died or went missing as a result.

Selena Gomez Knows She Won’t Marry Justin Bieber

Selena Gomez may be dating Justin Bieber and she might even be in love, but the 18-year-old tells Teen Vogue she knows there is still heartbreak ahead of her.

Since Selena started dating Justin, she’s had even more attention from the paparazzi, but that isn’t going to stop her from dating The Biebs!

“I don’t like to let the attention on me become a factor in the decisions I make,” Selena tells Teen Vogue. And Selena explains of how their relationship started: “We’ve always been friends.”

And Selena has learned from her previous relationship with Nick Jonas.

“Sometimes, when something is so nice and sweet, I just crush it,” Selena said of their split. “I don’t mean to, but I don’t want to be let down.”

“When your heart is broken you want to hate everything,” she explains. “You want to say, ‘I don’t believe in love; this is ridiculous. It’s not supposed to hurt this much.’ ”

“But at this moment in my life, I’m at a point where I want to be in love, to give my all and fall head over heels. I’m eighteen. I’m not going to marry anybody I’m with, and I know that,” Selena admits. “The next heartbreak I have, I’m sure I’ll be like, How can I live without this person? But I’m still trying to dive in and enjoy it.”

The White House Does Business With Justin Bieber

President Barack Obama has the ability to contact Justin Bieber directly! The 17-year-old pop-singing sensation has agreed to meet a young fan upon request from the White House!

Justin was contacted by the government the same day the president met with a 14-year-old Belieber whose father was one of the many lives lost during the tragic 9/11 attacks, TMZ reports.

Obama famously told the young lady he “knows Justin” and that he would be sure to arrange a meeting between the two — and the president has stayed true to his word.

Payton Wall’s father Glen was an executive at Cantor Fitzgerald when the Twin Towers were attacked almost 10 years ago, and the young fan sent The Biebs a message describing how she was inspired by his documentary, Never Say Never.

“Hey! I have an awful life story and without your music I don’t know if I could have survived,” Payton wrote on Feb. 19, via CBS. “Do you think I could send you a letter?”

When Justin didn’t respond — as it must be difficult with thousands upon thousands of letters he receives from fans — she sent a letter to the head of state, leading the president to make the call to Justin, who is currently on his World Tour.

How did Justin respond?

“Bieber was super-excited about getting the call — and told the White House he will definitely meet the girl when he returns to the U.S. and can get back to the East Coast,” according to TMZ sources.

Justin Bieber Throws Up During Concert in Manila

Justin Bieber doesn’t like to disappoint his fans. So if that means he has to perform even though he’s so sick he’s throwing up backstage — he does it!

Some Beliebers would give anything to see Justin perform live, and Justin feels the same way!

According to Gossip Cop, Justin was so sick during his concert in the Philippines last night he had to throw up backstage several times throughout his performance in Manila!

“Sick as a dog…but the show must go on,” Justin Tweeted before the show. “got called a trooper. lol.”

And Justin finished his 90-minute set with that attitude!

“That show was great but tough,” he Tweeted after. “real sick. time to rest.”

It sounds like Justin is just as devoted to his fans as they are to him.

Justin Bieber Slams Marg Helgenberger for Calling Him a 'Brat'

Justin Bieber took to Twitter and slammed 'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' star Marg Helgenberger who called the singer a 'brat' in an interview.

Bieber went on the offensive by posting tweets on the networking site and without naming Helgenberger he fired back, "Its kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you. I will continue to wish them luck and be kind."

The 17-year-old singer continues, "I know who I am and sometimes people r just going 2 say what they want. Keep ur head up and be the man ur mama raised."

Bieber even called his alleged antics on the set of CSI a rumor saying, "Rumors are just that...rumors. In the end if you just be kind and be yourself people will know who you are. That goes for anyone I think."

He concluded with, "Don't spread gossip and don't spread rumors about others...im a kid and I know that"

In an interview last week, Helgenberger said "I shouldn't be saying this, but he was kind of a brat."

The 52-year-old actress then gave her reason on why she had such a low opinion of the 'Baby' singer. "But he locked one of the producers in a closet and he put his fist through a cake that was on the cast's table."

Justin Bieber Responds to Marg Helgenberger’s 'Lame' Jab: 'Kill ‘Em With Kindness'

Justin Bieber always takes a stance on haters. Without naming any names, The Biebs responded on Twitter to CSI vet Marg Helgenberger‘s recent jab, which dubbed him a “brat” and documented
his antics on the set of the hit CBS show.

“He was kind of a brat,” Marg said in a recent interview when asked what it was like having the 17-year-old teen idol on set. “He was very nice to me. But he locked one of the producers in a closet and he put his fist through a cake that was on the cast’s table.”

Justin guest-starred on CSI in February, playing troubled teen Jason McCann, who met an untimely death when he was shot down after threatening Nick Stokes and his team.

He won’t let Marg’s comments bring him down. The Biebs turned the actress’ dig into an opportunity to teach a lesson to all those Beliebers out there, with the following series of Tweets:

• it’s kinda lame when someone you met briefly and never worked with comments on you. I will continue to wish them luck and be kind.

• I know who i am and sometimes people r just going 2 say what they want. Keep ur head up and be the man ur mama raised. #killemwithkindness

• rumors are just that…rumors. In the end if you just be kind and be yourself people will know who you are. That goes for anyone i think

'CSI' Star Marg Helgenberger: Justin Bieber Is a 'Brat'

'CSI: Crime Scene Investigation' star Marg Helgenberger called singer Justin Bieber "a brat" while giving an interview in France.

Bieber guest-starred on the crime series drama in February and RadarOnline.com is reporting that Helgenberger was asked about the singer and his role on the show in an interview in France.

Helgenberger was asked if Bieber's role was written just to raise sagging ratings, or because the singer is "truly a good actor."

The 52-year-old actress rolled her eyes and said, "Justin Bieber wasn't 'bad' bad. But he'd never acted before . . . He's better than you'd think."

Helgenberger then said, "I shouldn't be saying this, but he was kind of a brat."

She seemed to back track a bit by saying, "I only had one small part (with Bieber)... he was very nice to me."

But then Helgenberger gave her reason on why she had such a low opinion of the 'Baby' singer. "But he locked one of the producers in a closet and he put his fist through a cake that was on the cast's table."

Justin Bieber Confirms Japan Tour Dates Despite Crew Concerns

Justin Bieber is headed to Japan, despite reports that the pop star had canceled tour dates due to radiation fears.
According to OK! Magazine, Bieber's tour crew was reportedly wary about traveling to Japan after
the recent earthquake and tsunami sparked radiation concerns.

However, Bieber vowed not to let his adoring fans down and took to Twitter on Sunday to confirm the final shows of the Asian part of his 'My World' tour.

"5 shows left of this leg of the #myworldtour! Manila, Hong Kong, Taipei, Osaka and Tokyo! Like I said...we are going to JAPAN! #supportjapan," he tweeted.

According to TMZ, Bieber's tour manager Scooter Braun told the concert crew to "Man the f**k up and do the right thing by these kids" when several members refused to travel to disaster-ridden country.

Avril Lavigne and Slash have both canceled upcoming shows in Japan, but the Japanese government has given Bieber an "all clear" to perform in both Osaka and Tokyo later this month

Selena Gomez Sick of 'Hiding' Relationship with Justin Bieber

After showing up to Vanity Fair's Oscar party wearing coordinating ensembles that screamed 'we're together,' Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber haven't taken their relationship public since the
bash earlier this year -- in part due to Bieber's uber-territorial fans.

But now, Gomez is dishing to Seventeen magazine that she's sick of keeping her romance with Bieber under wraps

"I don't like hiding," Gomez said. "I do like to keep certain things to myself, but at the end of the day, I'm eighteen, and I'm going to fall in love. I'm going to hang out with people."

And although the 18-year-old is eager to have a normal dating life free from public scrutiny, like Bieber's fans, she hasn't given up on her own Hollywood crushes.

"I'm still thinking Zac Efron's my husband," she gushed. "[But] I wouldn't touch that. I love Vanessa [Hudgens] way too much."

Justin Bieber, Mark Wahlberg Eying Basketball Movie

Marky Mark and Justin? On a basketball court?

According to reports at Deadline and The Hollywood Reporter, Paramount is in negotiations with Mark Walhberg and Justin Bieber for an untitled drama that will revolve around street basketball.

Both Wahlberg and Bieber are closet basketball players -- Wahlberg regularly has his friends over for full-court action and Bieber has some hoops chops.

Apparently Wahlberg saw Bieber play ball in February during a celebrity game held during NBA All-Star Game weekend in which Bieber showed off his court skills. Wahlberg -- who now juggles acting with producing -- subsequently pitched an idea to Paramount executives, who are talking it through in more detail with Bieber's camp, a source told THR.

The tone of the project is described as 'The Color of Money' meets 'The Karate Kid,' according to Deadline.

Paramount is more than happy to be in business with Bieber. His 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' concert film was made on a $13 million budget and grossed $97 million worldwide.

This will be the 17-year-old singing sensation's dramatic debut but have no doubts about this kid. We'll bet he'll do quite well as a big screen star. After all, Wahlberg started out as a rapper (remember Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch?), segued to Calvin Klein ads, and eventually caught the critics' eyes with his role in 'The Basketball Diaries' alongside Leonardo DiCaprio. Deja vu, anyone?

According to Wahlberg, neither he nor Bieber would sing or dance in the project. Darn. That would be a trip.

Justin Bieber Dubs Charlie Sheen the 'Most Influential' Person in the World

What do you get when you combine Bieber Fever and Tiger Blood? A “winning” collaboration. No, Justin Bieber is not hopping on Charlie Sheen’s “Torpedo of Truth” Tour, as he is busy on his own
World Tour. However, the 17-year-old singing sensation does support Charlie and his influence on today’s society.

Justin was asked by Time magazine who he thinks is the most influential person in the world right now.

His response, via NY Post, “[It] has got to be Charlie Sheen. He’s got a million followers in one day on Twitter. And… I’ve never seen that happen before. Plus, he’s got tiger blood, and he’s always winning.”

But Charlie reportedly didn’t make the annual Time 100 list, which is revealed tomorrow.

You think Justin made the list? Who else would you like to see on it? Was Charlie snubbed?
