...the Memphis Grizzlies!?!?!  Since they began in 1996, the Grizz have a winning percentage of .337.  That's basically 3-7 every time you look at the "Last 10" column of newspaper standings.  They've made the playoffs three times, and have been swept out every time.  Better luck next year Memphis.  At least you still got some pretty good BBQ.
